I have SUCH a LONG way to GO!
I started really seeing results when I hit 160 and no longer wore double digits, since I could fit into 8's. When I hit 165, I became happy, though, knowing that I only had ten more pounds to lose before I was no longer overweight.
At least that's how I am!
That gives me quite a little jumpstart and that's enough to keep me motivated in the beginning. I count calories and that helps keep me accountable. I weigh every day also for the same reason, just to keep me on track.
) I can finally fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes (it's been over a year now, so it's about time!) and my face is thinner.
). It's much harder to keep myself inspired to just DO it now that it was then...


I'm not on a timeclock. The weight will come off when it comes off. There's both room for improvement and room for the occasional indulgence, and even then I don't binge.
