    Most of you know I have been living with my son due to a WC injury, and was going well with my life changes on eating untill I moved in with him (23years old) he is a fast food junkie all the way, and salad what is a salad???

    He started on a diet this Monday and he just weighed himself 227 (he started at 233) yea just happy he is motivated and now it will be easier for me
