A poem...

First "Weigh In" of the NEW YEAR.
We will not shed a tear!

Of course our numbers are up a bit,
But, we refuse to have a fit!

The holidays are gone,
And a new year has begun!

On plan are we and doing great!
The "Carb Monster" is dead 'cause Dana shots straight!

We have all "recomitted" with a smile,
The pounds will disappear......but it may take a while!

nasus has the challenge going....drink your H2O!
fralick is more excited than ever.....(way to go!)

I'm driving the bus right toward goal,
We won't stop...even to pay a toll!

Plenty of seats, lots of room,
Join us now, it's never too soon!

We all want rid of the fat suits we wear!
We give advice, support and share!

I want this BAD....I know you do!
DO IT..DO IT NOW...........FOR YOU!!!






Mr. Scale said I am down one pound from the five I gained over Christmas. Me happy! I look forward to a better Friday next week! Soooooo glad the holidays are behind us! Smile all! We are gonna do it...together!!!

ok ok ok i give I weighed in at 180 on the last weigh in as well as on NY day. And it has not left nomatter how good i am, sooo I guess that i had gained 10

today i weighed in and was down to 176.6 so i guess i can say that i have lost 3.4????

But I am still up so i am not totally happy. i will be when i pee it all aout ans say to that morror I told you so!!!!
