I changed my lifestyle 19 months ago. I have been eating healthier and exercising. I've lost 53lbs, but I have 47 more to go.
I am hoping that maybe 3FC will be where I find the motivation I need to continue. I have a ticker that says only 3 lost and 47 to go. I find that I am more motivated with only 3 lost than 53 lost because when I see the 53 then I tell myself, well, you've done so well, go ahead and eat this or that or skip that workout, you've earned it. I don't wanna be like that.
