Hi I am in the same boat, gained 22 lbs and am sooooooo bummed. Kick starting again, been three days and walking and working out again. If ya want an email buddy let me know, my last ladt skipped town on me and quit emailing......Mary from WI, 300lbs and LOSING!!! Married no kids unless a Great Dane counts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shoot I am headed to see my Dad out of town so I won't be around until Monday....have a Great Weekend!

I'm back 'on the wagon' myself.

My biggest issue is excer*shudder*cise. I hate to sweat, but I hate the size of my butt more so I'm learning to love feelin' the burn.
We (my boyfriend and I) walked yesterday and we're walkin' again today. That'll be two days in a row.

Two years ago I lost 25 pounds by walking and Walk away the pounds tape then I just stopped doing it I don't know why.I 'm back and ready to lose what's left . I love this site. Keep at it.We can do this!

Hi Mary ~

A Great Dane counts as 4 or 5 kids if you ask me !! My aunt has a wonderful Great Dane, Sara, and we met a few of them in the So. California dog parks. Very cool dogs *grin* I just saw a news item yesterday about the "TALLEST dog in the world", a GD, who, I think, is in the Guiness Book of Records. He/she is also a therapy dog. Black & white.

I'm obviously a dog lover. My puppers, age 11 & 10, are lab/boxer/pitbull, and Golden Retriever/pitbull, both rescues.
