Hi my name is Joy and I am sixteen. I have been fairly "hefty" most of my life, with the exception from a few phases Ive gone through. I have been working out some and losing some weight and it has been a great experience (my exercise of choice is walking and whole-body strength training). I would like to keep up my progress and share in other's. I hope to make many friends here who will have great tips for me to lose weight and KEEP it off. I have a discovered that I want to be a nutritionist because of my keen interest in it. So my goal is to be healthy. I hope to here from you all soon.
