grr

  • Well today was my second day and it was a blow out. I was over by like 15 pts (that was mostly my giving in after a little while ) I tried to be good but I went over because I didn't realize the point values of stuff before I went out to eat. I thought I made a decent decision, but I hadn't. I'm a little bit disappointed over this, but not too much because I know I'm trying to get back into the swing of things.

On an up note the scale said 186 today, that's down 2 lbs. I got on it like 15 times cause I thought it was lying to me

Anyways just felt like venting that a little bit. I know I can do it, but it's just getting used to doing this again! Hope everyone else is having a good WW day
  • You know about Dottie's Weight Loss Zone right? She has a restaurant list with points. That way you can plan before you go out to eat. www.dwlz.com
  • I know exactly what you mean. I've had the WW stuff for years. Last year, when I decided I'd had it and was going to commit to the plan, I spent a week just tracking what I ate. It gave me the chance to get in the habit of paying attention to quantity, writing things down, made me more aware of my choices.

After sort of sliding through most of the summer without tracking points, again I had to take a few days to tune back in to the program. Thank goodness it becomes habitual (to some degree).
  • Yeah I do...it's my lifesaver, but I was out and my bf wanted to stop after class and I didn't have any resources on me.

I did decent the first day, but its just getting back in the habit
