) I tried to be good but I went over because I didn't realize the point values of stuff before I went out to eat. I thought I made a decent decision, but I hadn't. I'm a little bit disappointed over this, but not too much because I know I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. On an up note the scale said 186 today, that's down 2 lbs.
I got on it like 15 times cause I thought it was lying to me
Anyways just felt like venting that a little bit. I know I can do it, but it's just getting used to doing this again! Hope everyone else is having a good WW day
