    Total - 25

    Exercise - hill walking earned 2 points

    It's a "refined" Silver Palette recipe. Lots of finely minced veggies, very lean ground beef and some turkey sausage... I've never made meatloaf before and had no idea how it would turn out. Yummers! If you're interested I'll zap ya the recipe. I bet it would freeze well, and then you could have it even if your DH doesn't!
  • Patchie - I'd love the recipe! On the rare occasions when hub is not home, the first thing I make is meatloaf!
