Sorry shakes don't do it for me at all. I have to eat real food. I crave substance, texture, etc. I like real food

From what I understand though liquid diets are usually just temporary. I've heard you can lose many pounds in a few days, but your body just jumps back after you are back to real eating. I don't plan on doing any program that I can't see myself doing for the rest of my life.
