A.M. Exercisers Week of 9/3 - 9/9

  • Week number three of making exercise a morning habit.
    I was up early, even tho it was a holiday. I did The Firm Cardio Sculpt, 55 min.
  • I did Leslie Sansone's 3 fast miles this morning...

    and then I did 30 minutes of strength training this evening.
  • Wogged this morning....I am loving it too! 30 minutes including warm-up and cool down. Jogged 11.5 blocks and walked 6.
  • I did Walk & Kick this morning, and a 2 mile walk just a few minutes ago!

  • I forgot to post yeaterday:

    Wednesday: The Firm Super Body Sculpt, 42 min

    Thursday: Wogged again, fast becoming my favorite. Jogged 2 extra blocks, for approx. 1.75 miles!
  • Yesterday I did 4 Fast Miles! Also got some strength training in.

    Today, I did Walk & Jog, and 2 Mile express.
  • The Firm Body Sculpt, 45 min (I still like the super version better, it has an awesome ab set!)_
  • 4 mile challenge this morning, I'll do weights tonight.
  • I finally did it....I got up early on a Saturday morning! That's how much I love my morning wogs! Because my kids are away for the weekend, I jogged a different way, its a little farther from home. I wogged approximately 2.9 miles in 40 minutes! I saw the sunrise too! What a wonderful way to begin the day!
  • Saturday morning - up at 5:30 to go trail running/hiking, it was a beautiful morning! I worked and sweated for 47 minutes (although I took a 5 minute break to sit down and catch my breath when I made it to the top of the mountain!)
  • Tae Bo Cardio this morning, and Walk & Kick this evening!
