I finally did it....I got up early on a Saturday morning! That's how much I love my morning wogs! Because my kids are away for the weekend, I jogged a different way, its a little farther from home. I wogged approximately 2.9 miles in 40 minutes! I saw the sunrise too! What a wonderful way to begin the day!
Saturday morning - up at 5:30 to go trail running/hiking, it was a beautiful morning! I worked and sweated for 47 minutes (although I took a 5 minute break to sit down and catch my breath when I made it to the top of the mountain!)
