I'm going to start the extreme fat smash diet on Monday. What did you eat on the diet? I'm looking for sample menus and recipes.

Do you have the book? There aren't any "sample menus". Each days meals are planned out for you exactly. You have the option of 2 snacks per day, which you can be flexible with as long as they are 100 calories or less and fit within the guidelines of each phase.
I do have the book...I just don't know how to eat the beans/lentils/chickpeas - heated? cold? Are there any ideas for that??
