This was formerly the workout challenge.
This is where we can post all of our activity for the month. Any activity will do, swimming, videos, walking, biking, dancing etc. Just start moving!!! Feel free to post your workout goals too.
I will keep on walking and doing weights. But I will also buy a Leslie Sansone video and try that this month. It seems like when I was doing Turbo Jam and Tae Bo and I really wasn't losing. I think I was gaining in muscle, so I stopped doing them.
I did not get my walk in tonight.

walk 5-6 times a week for 60-90mins
4-5 times a week for 30-40mins
4-5 days per week / 3 rounds of 8-12 reps each (depending on what the weight on the end is!)
3x a week and to add balance ball/pilates
at least 2x a week (on days I don't swim).
