Back on track!

  • I got sidetracked a couple weeks ago and started slacking - or should I say snacking - and gained back a few of the pounds I had lost (I went from 183.2 to 186.4), and I'm happy to say I got myself back on track and I can start moving my ticker in the right direction again. I weighed myself this morning and it said 181.2 - Only 1.2 pounds until I'm overweight!

  • It's really easy to be slack once your start slacking off. Your energy level drops and you think, well I'll work out tomorrow, but tomorrow becomes tomorrow again. Congrats. on getting back on track, that takes a lot of will power and motivation. I'm trying to do the same.
