Skim straight from the cow?!

  • I heard a news blurb last night that New Zealand scientists have "created" a cow that gives lowfat milk. Ugh! I find that very disturbing and wonder how they might label this particular frankenfood.

    What do you think? Would you use it?
  • I have no problem with the regular "processed" skim milk, however I DO wonder if I would have a problem with a "processed" cow. I'll stick to the skim I buy now thankyou.
