I know I shouldn't be worrying about a plateau just yet but I was wondering if a couple of people could look at my intake and offer suggestions and/or ideas about my two week stall. I seem to be doing everything right this week and my weight seems to be staying the same - even going up a little. I am not sure what the problem is but I welcome ideas for improvement.
