I am back from surgery and am ready to have a good on plan weekend with no binges. Thanks again for all your encouraging posts before.

Hey Mug. It's great to hear from you. I was wondering how you were doing. I'm glad to hear that your surgery is behind you. I hope you have a full and speedy recovery.

Good luck with this upcoming weekend. Just take it one meal at a time, be aware of each thing you put in your mouth. The days will fly by. You can do it. And when a weekend passes that you haven't binged, it will give you the confidence to keep on repeating it. And soon those non-binge weekends will become your new normal. We're all pulling for you.

You have been in my thoughts. I am so glad you came through the surgery and returned to us. I know you can do this!! This weekend get out, go to a museum, a park, discover your city. Keep yourself occupied and you will not think of food.

We really do understand and we're here for you (whether you're 100% OP or not). You can do this!
