Should I:
1. excersise more(only been hitting the gym about twice a week because it's all I seem to have time for)
2. change my eating habits back to the veggies lunch with just a small turkey sandwich that I was eating before
3. drink more water(which I'm working on doing now..may be up to 4 or 5 glasses daily)
4. all of the above?

I'm kind of lost here. Please help me get back on track!





Luckily I work in the health field and have access to hundreds of docs. It'll be interesting to see what they say...
