Hi everyone!
I'm brand new to this website, and I've never posted anywhere before, but thought I'd join the team!
I started with my new (and last)get healthy plan on July 18th. I have 100 lbs to lose. So far, I've lost 13.5 and a total of 16 inches!
I've been really interested in your postings and it has given me a lot of encouragement. Over the last 20 years I have let this happen to me and it's time for me to take care of the problem NOW!!!

I am sure you can do it , I really think if you really want it you can do it. I always said I could never loose the weight,and it is still a shock for me to know I lost so much so far.
