THEY FIT!!! I'm sitting here in my pj's with my ever so beautiful knee high boots zippered ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP!!!! I really needed this little victory today. Actually, it's more than a little victory, fitting into these boots was my ultimate goal when I started.

Though, I have to go get in the shower and I don't want to take them off.

Wow~ That IS something! I have to buy ankle boots--I have huge calves (that do not seem to reduce with weight loss).

I'll have you know I looked pretty smokin' in my flannel penguin jammies and my knee high go-go boots.

And I have huge calves too (especially compared to my incredibly tiny feet), that's why this is such a big deal to me. It's taken an awful lot to get my stupid calves this size, they shrink painfully slow...BUT it's worth it!!! Actually, my calves are still quite large, I'm surprised the boots fit. I really expected to have normal looking calves by the time they fit, but oh well. Yay me!

I've been on a bit of a shopping spree this week (details posted in the fall shopping thread on the maintainers forum, which has been a dangerous influence on me this week), and was thinking about trying on some boots, and I have to confess, the calf size thing was more that I was up to facing right now - but you are an inspiration.
