Can someone please help me remember?

  • Hi everyone!
    I joined LAWL about 5 years ago - before I got married. I was bound and determined to lose weight before my big day! I did lose about 50 lbs...and now, 5 years later, I have gained it all back. So....my DH and I have finally gotten to the place where we feel like we are ready to tackle this - yes, I have unfailing support from him! When I was on the plan, I was on the red plan. If I remember correctly it was 3 Proteins, 3 Starches, 4 Veggies, 4 Fruits a day - with a serving of dairy, fat and (I think!) a teaspoon on Morton Lite Salt a day. Am I leaving anything out? Can someone please help me with the list of fruits and veggies I can have? And I know you can substitute certain meats and starches a couple of days a week - but I can't remember what, when or how much! I am SO sorry to be a bother...but we have moved quite a few times and I can't seem to find my cards anywhere! I would so VERY much appreciate the help! Thanks and I am glad to be here!
