Trouble finding a scale

  • Hello. I hope this is in the right section. Did not know where to put it. What I am wondering is if anyone knows somewhere online to buy a really cheap scale. I do not need a digital one or a fat % one or a glass one, just one to tell me how much I weigh. I recently moved and had just bought a brand new, really nice scale, but my possessions are still in transit. I just need something to tide me over until I get it. I realize pounds lost are not the only indication of weight loss, but it would really help if I could see some results by the scale. I am soooooo ready to get my weight loss done and be healthy and fit. I will do it without a scale, but thought maybe one of you might know where to get one cheap cheap.
  • Kmart, Walmart, Target, local garage sale... Just about anyone will sell a cheap one. But they will probably weigh you at a different weight then your original scale. If its only gonna be a few days, I would opt to wait for your normal scale to come back
  • Thank you!! For some reason, all I could think of were drug stores and they all seem to have advanced to these $60-70 models. Looks like Wal-mart has some decent deals on them. It could be anywhere from a week to a few months until I see my things again, unfortunately. I am not terribly interested (in fact, I am terrified) to find out my actual weight, just to find out the differences in what I weight between week 1 and week 2, et cetera. I will keep in mind what you said about the scaled being different, though, so when I get my old new one, I will not be freaked out if I gain five pounds overnight!
