    Wednesday NIght I was desperate to get some exercise! so I popped in this short WATP DVD and figured I'd try to keep up with iT and I did!!!! it was 15 min but I was really excited!!
    also on thursday I walked about 3/4 of a mile outside Down and uphill with about 1/4 of it being nonstop
    THIS IS WHY I DID THIS!!!!!!
    It's a good kick in the pants for my bad behavior
