    What are the counts in a plain baked (russet) potato with nothing added but a bit of salt.

    A medium russet potato, about 3" in diameter, is just a little over 100 calories.

    With potatoes it really depends on size (because they can vary a LOT). If you have a scale, weigh it after baking and look it up by weight. I eat enormous baked potatoes that end up being more like 200-220 calories.
