The weird thing is... i had been eating the cal to loose 2 pounds a week... i barely did... in math it would seem i should have lost more seeing how i thought i was lighter then i was.... and now i have stopped loosing! Starvation mode? i dont know what to do.... i know i have to redo my ticker and my goals now!
I feel like im starting over again. And my tom is messed up... i dont know if it will ever go away, or will take some water with it. Im bummed!
