During my detox in June/July (which I did for 13 days) I lost 10 pounds and I was convinced nothing could stop me.
Actually I had already reached my short term goal of BMI below 30. Then I went on a holiday with my fiancee, we went camping and during those few weeks I gained 5 pounds 
However, after returning home, I find myself not being able to lose those 5 or any of the other extra pounds I've gained over the years. I'm PREGNANT
and it all happened in a perfect natural way!
Now I find myself looking for another healthy diet, this time with a focus on not gaining too much during the next 8 months. Suggestions are appreciated.
Had a purely selfish need to share this success story with someone beside my fiancee. We've decided to keep it a secret from the rest of the world for a few more weeks.

Thats wonderful news and to think you were going to see a Dr. tomorrow. Everything happens in its own time we just have to be patient. Just couldn't hold it had to tell somebody...lol... Anywoo don't over exert yourself and take it easy.
