Just figured out how to post a new thread. It may take me a while but I do accomplish things. I was wondering how you get the weight tracking bar to appear with your messages? I have created one but I'm not sure if I need to save it somewhere or what? Thanks for any help you can give and I look forward to chatting with all of you.

You can go to the User CP link, goto signature, and create a ticker with 3fc. Then you can just paste the code in the Signature box and save it.
