The Thin Books?

  • Hello All,

A few days a go I was reading a post by Funnigirl (sp?). I don't remember how I got to her post, I believe she had been quoted by someone else and I may have clicked a link. I can not find my way back to her post. Funnigirl (an incredibly awesome and insightful person) referred to "the thin books" and recommended them highly. I have been trying to track them down; was she referring to The Thin Book by Hal Brickman?

Any assistance would be much appreciated. By the way, I am so glad I found 3FC - you are all wonderful!!! - Thanks - Goldie
  • She's referring to a different book..
    Quote:
The Thin Books: Daily Strategies & Meditations for Fat-Free, Guilt-Free, Binge-Free Living by Jean Eddy Westin
This is the BIBLE for understanding and recovering from compulsive overeating.
