My initial goal weight was 145--but as I've crept closer to the 140's , I realized that I definitely have more than 8 pounds left to lose. My upper body has slimmed out, but I'm only just starting to have weight come easily off my belly/hips. I changed my goal weight to 135--hoping to get there by the end of October
