Hi,
I am getting started on SBD again, after a month and a half off due to illness.
I was doing well on Phase I, and enjoyed it and don't really eat much in the way of simple carbs anyway due to a wheat allergy and dislike of rice products.
I was thinking after two weeks I would just allow myself the fruit once a day, and not introduce wholegrains for a while and stick to almond bread/muffins etc.
Has anyone just stuck with Phase I for a while?

The second week is a little easier than the first and it just gets better from there... You can do it!
