I am eating between 1,200-1,500 calories per day and I eat clean as much as possible. Oatmeal with wheat germ, walnuts and berries in the am etc.
I exercise for 30 mins on the elliptical per day and it says I burn 250 calories. I could step that up.
Anyway, I don't really mind (too much) but does anyone else lose at this slow rate??
If you did, was there anything you did to speed things up?
When I started I had calories at 1,200, too low and hit a big plateau.

Perhaps increase how long you exercise, generally 30 minutes is the minimum recommended, also you could try changing up what exercise you're doing, sometimes that helps because the more you do one exercise the more efficient your body gets at doing it, which is opposite of what we want!
