I've never heard of myfooddiary, however I always hear everyone here talking about thedailyplate.com, I don't count calories however I've gone there a few times to find something specific and I've never been disappointed, tons of options to choose from so you're almost gauranteed to find what you're looking for
I have tried both myfood diary and fitday, and went back to fitday. Fooddiary does have alot of "fast food" stored in its data base, but I like that fitday will break your food down with charts, it helps alot.

I like thedailyplate.com. I'd try both and see what works best with what you like to eat and what you think will be easiest for you to update regularly.
I have never heard of anything but fitday. Someone here at the site told me about it. I don't count calories but it has become fun to put everything in and see how I am doing. I was worried about to much fat in my diet. Hubby and I spent Saturday night, ok we are wild and crazy people, putting all the stuff in that I eat, using the amounts on the food stuffs them selfs not the preset amounts. Now I just go down the list and pick what I have had.
