I'm currently on Alli.I hope that's not a bad thing here.I haven't looked much at the forums yet.I'm doing a low fat diet and low calories.I've lost 5 and 1/2 pounds since I started Alli.I'm using Alli because it keeps you in check.If you mess up you know it.
So far I've been very good about keeping my goals of 1800 calories a day and 10 fat grams per meal.I'm still in the first stages of the meal plan/diet.I'll be able to up my fat intake per meal tomorrow to I think 15 grams per meal but I have to check the book I bought that goes with the plan to see if that's correct.My real goal is to lose weight to be healthy.My whole family on my Mom's side is extremely over weight.My own mom is in a nursing home because she can't clean her self because she's so big.She can't walk on her own any more.I hope to not be like her.She can not live at home anymore.

Don't be afraid of the treatment effects from Alli.I haven't had any.But I've followed my diet plan because I'm deathly scared of them.LOL I went to the Indians game Tuesday night and even had frozen yogurt.I didn't buy it for myself my date went to the bathroom and came back with 2 cones.The only thing I've found is I feel like I want to go number 2 more than I am so I added some fiber into my daily routine.It keeps me regular and I feel better.
