Well today marks about 20 days that I've been attempting this change.
I know I am at the very beggining of my path, but as in previous attempts I am worried about my stomach.
I don't believe I am an apple shape, pounds have spread somewhat evenly on me, meaning that my legs are no way thin. 2 flabs on my stomach did not show up first, perhaps they were somewhere along time.
But the two portions of my belly are scaring me. I am almost crying as I am writing this on the open, but I am very concerned that I am not doing enough or the right exercise or other steps to make sure that I don't end up leaner with a belly.
Girls, who have lost it all, how did that work for you? Was it the last thing?
