  • These were delicious and seem ok....can someone double check the info for me and see if they are acceptable. They are Mrs. Mays Natural snacks, the first one is almond, and the second one is a cran,blueberry- They were both crunchy and satisfying-anyone else out there had them, the website is very concise and shows the nutritional info for everything

  • They both sound good, but they do contain evaporated cane sugar. Even though it's listed at the bottom end of the ingredients list, so there's probably just a small amount in them, we should be avoiding sugar.
  • I wondered about the cane sugar too, I hope in phase II it'll be ok for some crunch.
  • Sorry, but sugar should be avoided in all phases of the SB diet to be following this WOE 100%.
