. Ha! It was so much fun. After that, I felt so invigorated that I did Power Mile also. I'm excited to get back into my routine of walking.
. I did this workout for the first time Friday and let me say its the BEST. I Love the extra strength training and brisk walking combo. I REALLY worked up a sweat, its equivalent to a 2 mile walk so Ill try to fit this workout in 2 or 3 times per week.
