Before I dive into losing weight, I wanted to make sure I was a non-smoker. I now can say that's true.

So, I'm having a bit of trouble finding a group to get into here. One where I can get support/accountability for exercise/food/water, etc. Anyone know of any close-knit groups or challenges? I'd be so thankful for any info.
