  • My goal is to bike 200 miles this month.

  • Shelley, I'll join you once again this month. I think I really overdid it in January with trying to exercise daily. I really got burned out. But then, part of it could be that I was cooped up in my extra bedroom when I wanted to be outside! In any case, I've been teaching myself how to run (c25k) and since it's only 3 days a week, I shouldn't get burned out!!!

    Goal: walk/jog/run 24 miles in August (perhaps even 30 miles because DH and I have started our Sunday morning walks again).
  • Allison-That's a good goal for you. If you go everyday, you may lose interest.

  • Had belly dance class today. Very tired, we did some of the new stuff we learned at the workshop.

  • I'd like to join the floozie exercise session.

    My goal is to do 800 minutes of exercise this month. (averages out to about 30 minutes a day or so... )
  • Belly dance class today, and it was very warm! Not as enjoyable in this heat wave!

  • I walked the Freedom Trail today in Boston. It is about 3 miles long. Great walk and very interesting. We went in all the attractions and other places along the way. Great way to get some exercise in, while on vacation
