Shelley, I'll join you once again this month. I think I really overdid it in January with trying to exercise daily. I really got burned out. But then, part of it could be that I was cooped up in my extra bedroom when I wanted to be outside! In any case, I've been teaching myself how to run (c25k) and since it's only 3 days a week, I shouldn't get burned out!!!
Goal: walk/jog/run 24 miles in August (perhaps even 30 miles because DH and I have started our Sunday morning walks again).
Allison-That's a good goal for you. If you go everyday, you may lose interest.

Had belly dance class today. Very tired, we did some of the new stuff we learned at the workshop.
I'd like to join the floozie exercise session.
My goal is to do 800 minutes of exercise this month. (averages out to about 30 minutes a day or so... )
Belly dance class today, and it was very warm! Not as enjoyable in this heat wave!

30 min core and upper body
I walked the Freedom Trail today in Boston. It is about 3 miles long. Great walk and very interesting. We went in all the attractions and other places along the way. Great way to get some exercise in, while on vacation
