well im really not new to ww but its been yrs and yrs. i lost weight so long ago on ww but over the yrs have gone back up to over 200 and have been on every fad diet known to man and some besides since then and i had a friend tell me tonite it was time to stop!! so im back hopefully to stay. i try a diet for a week and when nothing happens i try a new one and it just circles around til im back to the frist one again
i dont have local meeting so i will probley try at home because i have to old pts program. can anyone tel mewhat the difference are to the core program or the turnaround???? hope to get to know you all soonfaylene
