    my goal is 6 more lbs..

  • I'm jumping in.... 8 pounds and exercise 3 days minimum a week (and get my pedometer to work! lol)
  • I need a new challenge. I haven't done one in a while with Summer here.

    So I am aiming for 6 pounds for the month of August.

  • I'm fairly new and butting in.. I've lost 15 lbs since mid-June and want to lose another 10 by Aug 31st.

  • I live in the country and it is a bit inconvenient to get to a gym after work. Plus I am tired after work - what do you girls do when you know you need to do some kind of exercise each day, but have no idea where to start?
  • When I first started, I bought a yoga for beginners tape and would do that. Now, I usually go to the gym 3-4 times but if I'm tired I'll do the tape. I think stretching, yoga, or pilates are good places to start because they aren't as much "work" as cardio
  • I got an elliptical machine and have yet to use it.

    So, my goal for August will be to lose 8 lbs, use the elliptical for at least 15 minutes three times a week, and do my pilates video at least 2 times a week.

    WE CAN DO IT!!
