I started FS on July 13th and weighed myself again yesterday. I'm down 12 lbs. Now that I'm in phase two I'm looking for new foods. I made this and it was good. Thought you might want to try.
Chicken Strips
Fat Free yoburt
Corn Flakes
Dip your chicken in the yogurt and rub off the excess. Roll the chicken in crushed corn flakes. Put on a pan that has been sprayed with olive oil (I use Pam Olive Oil Spray) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
I weighed mine and got two strips as a serving.
