Plus I added a mini goal that I wanted to share, when I am down to 199 Im going to get a personal trainer to help me out, and tone me up! has anyone here used a personal trainer before? good experiences or not really? Part of the 199 is that I dont want to go in there at the weight I am now, the whole I have to clean before the maid comes kind of thing, I need to lose weight to join the gym to help me lose weight
