anyone know if dark chocolate is allowed either in phases 1, 2, or 3?...it's actually really low on the glycemic index especially if its very dark chocolate...not to mention good for your heart...just curious...im not talking about a bar a day...im thinking like a square or something a day or every other day just to get the sweet tooth out of the way....
Though some diets, like Sonoma, allow it in P2 as long as it's just one square. Would it help you to stay on plan otherwise? If so, then I'd personally do it. But if it makes no difference in keeping you on plan, then you might wait it out
hah...yea i can live without it right now...not really craving anything much right now....but i know i will at some point ...same with the "junk" food...i know at some point im going to want something that is deviated from the plan...
