i am really uncertain if i should be worrying about calories at this point - i have only been doing modified atkins for 2 days - i say mordified because i am eating about 50 grams of carbs a day instead of 20 and am tracking what i am eating on fitday.com.
i only ate about 1200 calories yesterday which seems awfully low but becasue i am eating more fat and protein then i usually do does it matter?
