Points in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray?!

  • Good morning all! This morning for breakfast I sauteed some mushrooms and green peppers, then added an egg white, in I can't believe it's not butter spray, believing it was calorie free. Well, apparently my local morning show shared some knowledge the other morning that it's not calorie free if you use more than the 1.25 spray that is a serving size. Does anyone know how I could find out if that is true and if it is, how many cals and fat does it contain?! I have to calculate correctly. Thank you!
