Fiber One Cereal points are weird, can anyone explain?

    Hello everyone, I was calculating my points tonight for a snack of Fiber One Cereal. Using the calculator it came out to -2 points!! What's up with that? I tried it many many times.

    The info is:
    60 cals
    1 Fat
    14 Fiber

    Can anyone help please? Thanks!

    Hi Keelygal

    Anything over 4 grams of fiber is counted as 4 grams of fiber. If that makes sense. I looked at one of my old journals and I believe I counted it as 3/4 cup as 1 point, but please double check that. Hope this helps.

    1 Serving would be 0 points.If you were to have 2 servings it would be 1 point..Hope this helps!

    Thank you ladies, once i only counted the fiber as 4 it was 0! Makes me feel better.
