peel & dice 5 med. to large apples ( can use more if you want to)
sprinkle with cinnamon
cook apples down in a sauce pan, stirring frequently.
when it's consistency is to your liking....you are done!!
depending on apple tartness, add 1 packet of Splenda.
it is delicious!
