My Two Latest Obsessions

  • I absolutely LOVE Wraps, but it's hard getting them from restaurants because a lot of times they add a ton of crap. Two wraps I've been eating constantly lately, are the following.

    1.
    One Large Wheat Wrap (90 calories)
    One serving of crumbled Feta Cheese (90 calories)
    A bit of Thinly Chopped Head of Lettuce (20ish calories)
    Less Than One Serving of Authentic Greek Dressing (About 140 calories)
    Total Calories = 340

    2.
    One Large Wheat Wrap (90 calories)
    One serving of crumbled Goat Cheese (70 calories)
    A bit of Thinly Chopped Head of Lettuce (20ish calories)
    Wish Bone Salad Spritzers in Red Wine Mist, 20 sprays (20 calories)
    Total Calories = ONLY 190!!!

    Both are also delicious with grilled chicken cut into small pieces
  • I'm a wrap fanatic as well and usually just make them at home. I buy tortillas (both wheat and flour, depends on which I'm in the mood for) and stick just about anything inside of them, including seafood.

  • I always buy tortillas but rarely make wraps, I usually end up making quesadillas or using them as pizza crusts.
  • I love wraps and will use them for leftover stir-fry, taco meats, tuna salad ,eggs, and anything else my imagination can think of. My favorite wrap is Mission's low carb whole wheat. 10 grams of fiber for those big ones.
