Wish Bone Salad Spritzers???

    Does anyone know if it's okay to use this for my salad? I do not have any FF salad dressing but i do have the Wish Bone Salad Spritzer (Asian Silk). I know on Weight Watchers its okay to have .. of course i wouldn't drain my salad in it.
