I 'm so excited, I just weighed myself this morining and I lost between 7-8 pounds. I say between because i got on the scale like a thousand times and it would be one pound less or one pound more sometimes. but anyhoo yay!!!!!
wtg thats awesome! did you check your weight prior to the end of phase 1?
If so did you lose much through out the time or did it mostly all come off at the end?
I was so scared to check my weight in the beginning so i didn't dare get on the scale, i was too afraid that it wouldn't work, so i just waited until the last day, but i'm not sure when i lost it i just hope i keep on losin'
