WW At Home Group......7-15 to 7-21

    It doesn't look like too many are doing the at home program. But if you are please join in. We can support each other on our weight loss journey.

    My goal for this week is to work out 3-4 days and drink plenty of water. I haven't worked out in a while so it will take some time to build back up. Baby steps, right?

    I'm doing WW at home. I started half-heartedly on June 3rd and got more serious as the month went along. I've been following the Flex plan pretty faithfully for the last 3-4 weeks and I've lost 13 pounds!

    It's working great for me!!

    Later this week we're going out of town for a couple days, and I think instead of counting points, I will try to stick to the Core foods and see how that works.
  • Hello! My Goal this week is to do 3 days of excercise (at least 30 minutes) and to drink 3 bottles of water a day! I have already ruined my 3rd goal but after today I will track points the rest of the week.

    I have been doing the at home program (not so successfully) but I am really trying. I was thinking I might start back at meetings or online but not sure I want to spend that money to get the same results as I am now.
